From our fresh seafood and meats, to our fresh produce that we get in as local as possible! We have two private dinning rooms for our guests to use for meetings and events.
Chef Diana Prine
Fife City Bar and Grill's Chef/Owner, Diana Prine has a flair for creating classic Northwest Cuisine, using the freshest local ingredients available. Chef Prine studied at the renowned Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Upon graduation, she began her career at the Four Seasons Olympic Hotel in Seattle. After four years as Chef de Partie of the Georgian Room, she opened the Pacific Rim Restaurant as the Executive Chef. 1994 saw the opening of the Fife City Bar and Grill, where her passion and knowledge are focused on creating the classic dishes she is known for. Chef Prine received the 2001Golden Fork Award. The restaurant was given a four star rating by restaurant critic Ed Murrieta, formally of the Tacoma News Tribune, in 2006.
